Artsnet is one of around 20 networks that make up the Community Network for Manchester (CN4M) which is the voice of the community and voluntary sector and links to the Manchester Partnership.

We’re a collection of voluntary & community groups that exists to find new ways of enabling people to fully participate in Manchester’s economic, social and cultural life.
